Our catering team will review your dates, headcount, and menu preferences. We typically reply within 24 hours. (Note: If it's a holiday weekend and we are wrist-deep in brisket, it might take up to 48 hours—but we promise it's worth the wait!)

Keep an eye out for an email directly from Big Belly Brothers BBQ Catering (catering@bigbellybrothersbbq.com). We'll be reaching out to lock in your custom menu and finalize the logistics.

Do you deliver and set up the food?

Yes! Depending on your package, we can do a simple drop-off, or we can handle the full buffet setup with chafing dishes so you don't have to lift a single finger.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or vegetarians?

Absolutely. While we are known for our meats, nobody goes hungry at a Big Belly event. We have incredible vegetarian sides and options to ensure all your guests are taken care of. Just let us know when we connect!
How much notice do you need for a catering order?

For larger events, we prefer at least a week's notice to ensure our smokers are prepped and ready. However, if you are in a pinch, reach out anyway! If we can make it happen, we will.
Is there a minimum order for catering?

Our catering packages start at a minimum of 15 people.
